HOLIDAY PERIOD (Dec/Jan 2015-2016) Order Dispatching..

COURIER NZC - All Orders must be in before 1.30pm daily to ensure orders are dispatched. These hours will apply from Thursday the 24th of December 2015 through to Tuesday the 5th of January 2016.

CARRIER Freight - All orders must be before 10.00am daily to ensure orders are dispatched. These hours will apply from Monday the 21st of Decenber 2015 through to Tuesday the 5th of January 2016.

Orders dispatched after Friday the 18th of December 2015 will have increased delivery days (North Island allow 3-5 working days, South Island allow 5 to 7 working days).

Any orders received after these orders will not be dispatched until the following working day..

Freighting / Delivery

Items in stock under 20kg (0.25 metric cube) are generally dispatched within 1-3 days of receiving payment via NZ Couriers within New Zealand or DHL Express for International deliveries.

Items in stock over 20kg  are generally dispatched within 2-5 days of receiving payment via Daily Freight within New Zealand or DHL Express for International orders.  

HES NZ Ltd is not liable for any costs for goods lost or damaged in transit.

The products we list and stock are intended for the New Zealand market. Due to NZ Customs and MAF requirements we do not export some products. If you are a international client please check with us prior to ordering our products online.

Freight Forwarding

If you have a preferred carrier or courier and are arranging collection of your order, to avoid any issues can you please ensure your carrier is aware of our collection times which are between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays..
